	Family is very important to Roland! Roland lives in the Gordon Head area with his wife Charlene and the two youngest of his five children, Whitney and Elliott.  Whenever possible he enjoys watching them play their sports as well as going skiing, fishing and camping with them.  He has been involved as the games director of a local kids club, been a governing elder of their church and has canvassed or been area coordinator for charities such as Heart and Stroke & Multiple Sclerosis.
